Stone Mountain Consulting was started by former Epic Technical Services analysts. Fueled by a passion for transformative change and the desire to see it in action, we transitioned to the world of consulting with a mission to provide the best possible support to healthcare organizations from the other side.

However, time and again, we encountered a common theme: consultants providing subpar support to healthcare organizations. At many consulting firms, especially the bigger they get, those interviewing and hiring have very little understanding of the product being supported in order to properly vet applicants as true experts. There is also a lot more to a great consultant than system knowledge that is too often overlooked: personality, culture, and values are critical.

Recognizing the pressing need for consultants that are fully vetted not just as experts, but as stellar human beings that provide true value to healthcare organizations, we founded Stone Mountain Consulting to set out to be the change we wanted to see. We pride ourselves on being the rare individuals who have feet in the worlds of both IT and operations and bring that expertise to bridge the gap that is so often the source of inefficiency and failed initiatives. By unifying teams, aligning strategies, and closing the translation gaps, we empower our clients to thrive in the face of complexity.
